Every showroom conversation, supercharged.
Sofa King AI connects discovery, consultation, product matching, negotiations, checkout, and follow-up into a single intelligent customer experience.
Find the right fit
Discover preferred styles, dimensions, budgets and lifestyle needs, then turn them into relevant recommendations.
Sell with confidence
Get contextual talking points, objection guidance, product comparisons and next-best-action suggestions.
See the whole floor
Understand customer journeys, opportunities, coaching themes and follow-up coverage in one place.
From hello to happily delivered.
Each interaction makes the next one more relevant: shopper intent informs recommendations, floor conversations inform the proposal, and the proposal informs service and retention.
A customer journey that actually connects.
Click through a sample visit. Each stage shows what the platform knows and how it helps the customer and associate.
Understand the shopper
A new customer shares their style preferences, room dimensions, priorities and budget.
Example scenario: family upgrading a living room on a $2,500 budget.
Every associate gets an on-demand expert.
Explore a scripted conversational demo for product guidance, objections, financing and next steps.
Responses in this standalone prototype use local scripts, not a connected language model or live inventory.
Intelligence that moves with the associate.
A wearable microphone concept can capture a consented interaction and surface relevant, discreet coaching in real time.
Microphone not connected · simulation idle
This demo does not access your device microphone or record audio.
Clearly inform participants and obtain legally required consent before any recording or processing.
Extract relevant product needs, budget and objections from an authorized conversation.
Deliver concise prompts and supporting facts on an associate device or earpiece.
Sync only permitted, relevant notes to the opportunity record.
Protect the margin. Earn the yes.
Explore how an associate could structure an offer using price, customer priorities and pre-approved policy boundaries.
Proposed AI guidance
Show associates a negotiation range based on company-approved rules, not improvised promises.
Illustrative thresholds only. Approval rules, costs, margins and offers require a real retail system connection.
One clear view of every opportunity.
A concept dashboard for customer intent, follow-up, coaching and sales execution.
Opportunity board
Needs durable upholstery; quote prepared; awaiting room dimensions.
Budget-sensitive; prefers compact sofa; delivery timing is key.
Comparing two configurations; schedule design follow-up.
Daily AI briefing
Three customers have strong purchase intent and need timely outreach. One quote needs manager review. Associates could benefit from a short coaching refresher on explaining stain-resistant fabrics.
Built to become real software.
A practical evolution from this presentation prototype to a deployable retail intelligence platform.
Experience prototype
Show the value proposition, clickable journeys and simulated scenarios to stakeholders.
Connected pilot
Add secured identity, approved LLM services, catalog/inventory data, quote workflows and audit logging.
Live floor rollout
Pilot consent-based wearable workflows, controlled negotiation assistance, coaching and performance dashboards.
Deployment path
This is a single HTML file with built-in CSS and JavaScript. It can be uploaded as a static website.
Use Abacus as the target host if its deployment workflow accepts this site, or use it to rebuild and host the concept as an application.
Connect a custom domain using an Entri-supported DNS setup workflow from the hosting provider.
Important implementation boundaries
Wearable AI must incorporate consent requirements, recording controls, retention rules and secure data handling. Finance offers, prices and margins must be validated against real systems and store authorization rules.
Current prototype is intentionally offline and uses sample data. It does not connect to a microphone, CRM, product catalog, point-of-sale system or live language model.
